Information you provide
When you send a contact or quote enquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, selected services, budget, setup preferences, and message. Quote forms may also include the campaign source, medium, and name shown in the link you followed.
Contact and quote enquiries are sent to Clekzo Studio by email through Resend . For Mysignature setup requests, the details needed to arrange the requested slot may also be processed by Google Calendar. We use these details to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Optional measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are optional. The Google tag is loaded only on studio.clekzo.com and only after you allow the relevant category in the privacy choices panel. Until you make a choice, those tags are not loaded. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using Privacy settings in the footer.
- If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page views, successfully accepted contact or quote lead events, and clicks on WhatsApp links.
- If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads receives an event for a successfully accepted quote enquiry. Contact enquiries are not sent to Google Ads as conversions. Ad personalisation remains disabled.
Form fields such as your name, email address, phone number, and message are not included in these measurement events. For page and referrer measurement, the URL sent to Google may include only these allow-listed campaign or click identifiers: UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, Facebook click identifier, and Microsoft click identifier. Other query parameters are omitted from the measurement URL. Allow-listed values are limited to 200 characters.
To keep campaign attribution when you move between pages on this website, those allow-listed identifiers may be carried on links to other pages on this site. They are not added to links to other websites by this feature.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, the information you send is processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. With analytics enabled, this website records a WhatsApp link click, not the contents of your WhatsApp conversation.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages . Cloudflare may process standard web server data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as part of providing the hosting service.
